Refund policy

Returns. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first at support@reupsupplyco.com and we will send you return instructions.

Not returnable. Opened chemicals and used pads, mops or gloves, for safety and hygiene reasons.

Wrong or damaged items. If we ship the wrong item or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return.
