Ordering
Items shown in the store can be ordered on this site. For anything else, or for large and monthly orders, send us your list.
Delivery
Online orders ship by UPS Ground and usually arrive in 2 to 4 business days. The estimated delivery date is shown on each product page and counts business days only. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Cleaning and floor care supplies ship to New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
- Fire alarm parts ship to all 50 states.
- Free delivery on orders of $250 or more.
- Orders under $250 pay the UPS Ground rate for your address and the weight of your order, calculated at checkout.
- 5-gallon pails and bulk liquids (floor finish, stripper, degreaser, gallon cases and cases of 12 bottles) always ship at the UPS Ground rate for their weight, even on orders over $250. If your cart has these items, checkout shows their delivery charge separately.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal at checkout.
Sales tax
New York sales tax is charged unless you are buying for resale. If you resell, email your completed Form ST-120 and we will mark your account exempt before your next order.
Returns
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send return instructions. Opened chemicals and used pads, mops or gloves cannot be returned. If we ship the wrong item or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
