ReUp Supply Co. exists because of a problem I had myself.
I run Empire Building Maintenance, a commercial cleaning company out of Medford. We clean across Long Island, the five boroughs, and we subcontract into buildings in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Massachusetts. For years we bought our own supplies at retail — Home Depot runs at nine at night because a distributor would not take an order under four hundred dollars, or would not deliver to a single building.
That is not a small annoyance. After labor, supplies are the next real line on a cleaning contractor's books. Paying retail on them, month after month, is money that should have stayed in the business.
So we opened wholesale accounts. And then the obvious hit us: what was true for us is true for almost every small contractor we know. The order minimums are not an accident — distributors set them specifically so they do not have to serve accounts our size.
ReUp is the supply house for those accounts.
No order minimum. Your first order can be one case. We would rather have a small account that reorders every month than a big one that never comes back.
Prices on the screen. You do not need to create an account, request a quote, or wait for a rep to call you back to find out what a case of liners costs.
Delivered locally. We run Long Island ourselves. Everywhere else in the NY metro ships out.
We are not a marketplace and we are not a dropshipper pretending to have a warehouse. We are a cleaning contractor who got tired of the runaround and decided to fix it for the rest of us.
If something is wrong with an order, you are calling the owner, not a queue.
